Account & Login

Can I use the app without registering?

Yes! You can use all features (Magic Ball, Slots, etc.) as a guest. However, your custom presets and history will be saved to your browser's LocalStorage. If you clear your cache or switch devices, you lose this data. Registering syncs your data to the Cloud so you never lose it.

Is my data private?

Absolutely. All your custom presets, history, and account details are stored securely in a MongoDB database. We use bcryptjs to hash passwords, meaning even our team cannot see your actual password.

How do I reset my password?

Log in to your account, click the "Account" button in the menu, then click "Setup Password" (if you are a Google user) or "Change Password" (if you use Email). Follow the on-screen instructions to reset it via email.

Is Tarot reading real?

Our Tarot tool is for entertainment and reflection purposes. It uses a standard deck of cards, but the interpretations and meanings are algorithmic. For serious life decisions, we recommend consulting a professional reader.

Can I use this for gambling?

No. The Slots and random number generators are purely for entertainment and decision-making assistance. They do not involve real money, payouts, or betting.

How do I save my own presets?

Go to the "Tiles" or "Life" tabs. Click "Manage" (or the Edit icon) to create your own lists of options. As a registered user, these will save to your account automatically.

Why do I see Ads?

To keep RandomizeIt free to use, we use Google AdSense to serve relevant advertisements. We do not collect or sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

The app is not loading. What do I do?

Try clearing your browser cache (Ctrl + F5) or using an Incognito window. If that fails, it might be a temporary server outage. Please check back in a few minutes.
